In order to meet accreditation standards, Oasis schools must maintain a designated ratio of teachers who are certified. Therefore, we give priority to certified teachers in hiring. However, there are some cases in which qualified individuals, holding at least a Bachelor's Degree in their subject area, may be hired. Oasis will help these individuals apply for temporary teacher certification if all other requirements are met.
